Donald Orr Roush passed away on March 29, 2026, at his home in Casa Grande, Arizona. Don was born July 15, 1956 to Joseph and Mary Jean (Baker) Roush in Sheridan, Wyoming. Mary Jean and Joe later divorced. Mary Jean married Donald Lee Roush and they raised Don and his siblings in Ucross, Wyoming. Don attended Arvada/Clearmont School. In High School, he excelled in Basketball winning many awards and trophies. He graduated in 1974 and received a Basketball scholarship to Chadron State College. In 1976, he married Cheryl Stafford in Alliance, NE. From this union three children were born Melissa (John) Skinner, Timothy Roush (Marele Walker), and Jeffrey (Gretchen) Roush. Don graduated from CSC with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. After college the family lived in Alliance, Nebraska and Sheridan, Wyoming. Don and Cheryl later divorced.

In 1999 Don married Jackie Adsit and enjoyed spending time with her, her son Brandon, and Brandon's son Bryson.

Don's greatest joy was watching his children and grandchildren excel in school, Band, Orchestra, Choir and Sports. Don was avid sports fan watching is favorite teams the Huskers, Braves, Denver Broncos and the Sheridan Troopers Baseball team. He also loved camping and fishing in the Big Horn Mountains with his family.

Don retired after 16 years with Spring Creek Coal and moved to Casa Grande, Arizona where he enjoyed playing his favorite sport, golf. There He met Becky Steed his best friend until his passing.

Don is survived by his Mother, Sister Chris (Dean) Barnard, Brother Randy (Denise) Roush and Sister Jeanette Roush (Tim Goodwin), his 3 Children, 10 Grandchildren, 1 Great Granddaughter, and many Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his Father Don, and his Granddaughter Afton Roush.

Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life is scheduled for 2 P.M., June 20th at the Big Horn Women's Club in Big Horn, Wyoming.
